Services provided by this Department include those to do with applying for a construction permit for a house located in an area designated for Single Family Residential Housing, applying for an extension of the validity period of a building permit, resolving issues related to infrastructure, as well as requesting payment for services provided to the District by contractors.

  • Land consolidation (merging plots of land).
  • Correcting land boundaries or land size.
  • Updating documents issued under previous laws and replacing them with those based on new laws and regulations.
  • Converting long-term leasehold land rights into full ownership or emphyteutic lease rights.
  • Correcting or modifying information about individuals registered on land titles.
  • Correcting or modifying information about a legal entity or association registered on land titles.
  • Registering condominium ownership and dividing a building into separate private units.
  • Registering a private unit within a condominium property.
  • Transfer of ownership rights of a condominium unit.
  • Registering additional information in the Land Registry.
  • Replacing land title documents that have been lost, damaged, burned, or destroyed by disasters.
  • Changing the designated land use.
  • Applying for land title documents for land sold or allocated by the Government.
  • Requesting the addition or removal of land right holders in the Land Registry.
  • Requesting the removal of land disputes or obtaining land titles after disputes have been resolved.
  • Approval of a land parcel plan (Deed Plan).
  • Resolving land-related disputes.
